 This is a list
of the formally planned meets (decided a year in advance at the
AGM).
Organisation of these meets (e.g. lifts, maps, keys etc.) takes place at the monthly pub meet (at the Calcot Hotel, Reading, RG31 7QN) on the Wednesday night prior to the meet.
In addition, members also arrange unofficial meets between these meets, and these trips
are usually organised via the members-only email list.
